Why collaborate with us

A whole neighbourhood, reached through people it trusts.

Leaflets get binned and adverts get scrolled past. An offer that comes from residents' own association gets read.

On your doorstep

467 homes and about 650 residents across five buildings on Linear Place, all a short walk from the shops, cafés, gyms and services of Nine Elms and Battersea.

Residents already ask

Neighbours ask each other every week where to eat, which barber to use and who to call. We would like to have a good answer, and a reason to send them to you.

We do the promoting

Once an offer is agreed, we tell residents ourselves, through the association's own channels and at our events. There is nothing for you to print or post.

Checked before it is shared

We look into every business before we put it in front of residents. That is why a recommendation from us carries weight with the people who live here.

What you can propose

Anything that gives residents a reason to walk through your door.

A coffee shop, a gym, a dentist, a dry cleaner, a restaurant. If people who live here would use it, we are interested.

It can be a small thing. New businesses in the area are especially welcome.

Ideas that work well

  • A standing discount for residents
  • An opening or launch offer
  • A tasting, class or evening for residents
  • Sponsoring one of our events
  • Something new you want people to try

How it works

Four steps from your proposal to our residents.

  1. You send a proposal

Tell us who you are and what you would like to offer. A few lines is enough to start.

  2. We check the business

We carry out our own audit of every business before anything goes to residents: who runs it, what is on offer, and whether it is a fair deal for our neighbours. We may ask a few questions or drop in.

  3. We agree the details

What the offer is, how long it runs, and how a resident shows they live here.

  4. We tell residents

We promote it ourselves through the association's own channels, so residents hear about you from their neighbours.

Not every proposal goes ahead. We only pass on offers we would be happy to use ourselves.

The Residents' Association is run by residents and is independent of Moda Living. Your proposal comes to us, not to the building's management.

What to include

  • Business name and address
  • What you do
  • What you are offering residents
  • How long the offer would run
  • Who we should speak to, and a phone number
